- 1 can chick peas – drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahina paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic
Blend together in food processor, gradually adding water until it reaches a nice, creamy consistency. Store in a covered container in the fridge. Use within 5 days.
